On Mark TT Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at (On Mark TT) Customer satisfaction is our priority!
However, if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer exchanges/ refunds on defective or damaged items within 14 days after delivery.
Eligibility for Exchanges / Refunds
- The item is either damaged or defective or item error. (Buyer’s remorse or an incorrect fit will not be considered for exchanges/refunds)
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
Exchange / Refund Process
- Request an exchange / refund via our social media pages (IG or Facebook) or send an email to email@example.com
- On Mark TT will request a courier pick up of the item from the customer.
- The courier will contact the customer to arrange the pick up
- Once the return is received, it will be inspected to confirm defect or damage (and approve the exchange/refund)
- For an exchange request, the new item will be prepared and issued for delivery
- For a refund request, the approved refund will be processed via bank transfer (using the customer’s banking information i.e. Name on Account, Bank Account Number, Name of Bank, Type of Account) or via credit card (for full refunds only)
- Proof of refund will be forwarded to customer.
Full & Partial Refunds
- A full refund (the cost of the item) will be issued once item inspection confirms the defect or damage.
- A partial refund (the cost of the item minus return shipping) will be issued once item inspection determines that defect pr damage was not the cause of return.
The following are exempt from exchanges/ returns:
- Underwear and Initmates
- Some health and personal care items
